Customer support for a major European airline
This project is dedicated to one of the largest low-cost carriers in Europe, connecting destinations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. The airline is well known for affordable fares, flexibility, and reliable service for both leisure and business travelers.
As a Customer Advisor, you will support passengers with reservations, travel information, and general assistance, ensuring a smooth and positive journey. This position is perfect for those who thrive in an international environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer care.
What are your responsibilities?
* Support customers via phone, email, and chat
* Manage bookings: create, change, or cancel reservations
* Handle complaints and sensitive cases
* Process tickets and back-office tasks
* Give clear information and helpful solutions
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) :
* Base salary: 1015 € gross x 12 months (or 870 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
* 80€ gross – fixed monthly project bonus
* 20€/month – Transport allowance
* 7.23€ NET/day (approx. 145€/month) - meal voucher
* 84€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €1,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract)
Your average monthly gross salary ranges from€1115 to €1253

What do we expect:
* Fluency in Spanish (C1 - native)
* Communicative English level (min. strong B2)
* You have already some experience in Customer Support area
* You live anywhere in Lisbon and you are ready to work in our office in Oriente area
* Strong communication skills, combined with empathy and a collaborative team spirit
