We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst (Remote)
To join an organization and lead the end-to-end Analytics ecosystem, ensuring accurate and GDPR-compliant data collection across web & mobile platforms, while driving actionable insights through the Google Marketing Platform and related tools.
You will act as a bridge between business, marketing, product, and engineering teams, translating data into strategic decisions and ensuring best practices across the analytics landscape.
Skills:
+4 years of experience in Web / Digital Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Marketing Platform ecosystem (Google Ads, Search Console, Firebase, BigQuery)
Strong understanding of tracking implementation (tags, events, conversions)
Experience with dashboards & reporting (Looker Studio)
Knowledge of GDPR and data governance best practices
Understanding of website performance (Core Web Vitals, tag impact on load time)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
* Experience with other analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Matomo, Piwik)
* Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* CMP tools (OneTrust, Cookiebot)
* Google Cloud / BigQuery
Your Responsibilities:
Own and manage the Analytics ecosystem across web and mobile platforms
Implement and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager (tags, events, conversions)
Configure and optimize Google Analytics 4 properties ensuring accurate data collection
Define and enforce tracking strategies, governance, and best practices
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business needs into tracking solutions
Build dashboards and reports (GA4 / Looker Studio) to support data-driven decisions
Conduct audits to ensure tracking accuracy and data reliability
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-oriented way
Monitor and optimize tag performance to minimize impact on website speed
Ensure GDPR compliance, including consent management and data privacy standards
Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and methodologies
