We're looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building, deploying, and operating real-world AI solutions.
You'll design and build AI-powered services, integrate them into cloud and conversational platforms, and support them in production using modern DevOps and microservice architectures.Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing software in agile environments, with ownership across the full engineering lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and production support.
Practical, production-level experience working with: LLMs, RAG pipelines, MCP servers, Agentic AI systems.
Proven track record of designing, implementing, and deploying scalable AI solutions into real-world environments.
Hands-on experience with AI cloud platforms (e.G., Azure AI Foundry) and/or conversational AI platforms (e.G., Cognigy).
Solid DevOps experience, ideally within Microsoft Azure, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Azure DevOps.
Strong coding skills in at least one high-level language such as Python, Java, or TypeScript, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Experience building and operating microservices using frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Spring (Java), including API design and service integration.
Strong engineering background with a degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.Responsibilities: Design and deliver AI solutions in close collaboration with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Build and operate a scalable, secure AI platform on cloud infrastructure.
Translate business needs into working AI solutions in an agile setup.
Integrate the AI platform with internal systems and products.

Act as a technical expert for the agentic AI platform, enabling other teams.
