Join Roche, where every voice matters.### ### The Position## ****Local Evidence Operations Partner****## ****Roche Pharma, Portugal****## ****The Opportunity****In this role, you will:* Lead project operations by taking RWD/NIS concepts from approval to successful, timely completion.* Conduct rigorous technical feasibility assessments at research sites to evaluate data viability and accessibility.* Build and maintain a comprehensive map of the Portuguese data infrastructure, including hospital databases and registries.* Manage end-to-end study requirements, including protocol adaptation, ethics committee submissions, and vendor oversight.* Act as the Local Coordinator for Pre-Approval Access (PAA) programs, ensuring compliant drug distribution to patients in need.* Serve as the primary liaison to the global network, ensuring local activities benefit from international best practices.* Ensure "inspection-ready" quality, maintaining strict adherence to GVP, GPP, and local regulatory standards.## ## ****Who You Are****You are a pragmatic "doer" with a relentless focus on turning complex plans into reality. You thrive in autonomous environments and possess the strategic acumen to navigate the Portuguese clinical research landscape with ease. Most importantly, you are driven by a growth mindset and a passion for delivering value to patients and the healthcare ecosystem. You also bring:* An advanced scientific degree (MD, Pharm D, Ph D, or Life Sciences).* 3-5+ years of experience in clinical operations or medical affairs, with a mastery of RWD/NIS projects.* In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese regulatory and ethics submission processes.* An entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to challenge the status quo and propose innovative, value-adding solutions.* Assertive communication skills, with the ability to build trust and hold peer-to-peer conversations with external stakeholders.* Digital literacy, including an interest in integrating AI tools and digital solutions into your daily workflow.* A collaborative spirit, excelling at working across matrixed organizations and borderless teams.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Portuguese and English) for engaging effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.* Proximity to the Roche office in Amadora for a comfortable commute, as we operate a hybrid work model.
