What are we looking for:
* Native or fluent in English (C1 or plus)
* Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included)
* Good computer skills
* Ability to generate empathy in written form
* Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues
* Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
* Ability to manage time and meet goals.
