We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Technical Consultant to join our international project. This role will involve configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in this field and a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes from a system perspective. They will also possess solid hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration (schemas, rules, time evaluation) and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities for this role include maintaining and adjusting payroll schemas, rules, and time evaluation processes; ensuring system compliance with local regulations and company policies; collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams as a technical partner; participating in testing documentation change management activities; supporting system enhancements upgrades integrations;
