is seeking a
Junior Release & Delivery Coordinator
to join the IT Applications & CMS team of one of our international clients in the automotive finance sector. This role is ideal for professionals who want to build a career in IT Service Delivery, Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management and coordination of cross-functional teams within a large European environment.
You will work closely with the team responsible for the Miles Contract Management System (CMS), ensuring that application releases, configuration updates, and deployments across different markets are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality.
Your main responsibilities:
Release & Deployment Coordination
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate release cycles for CMS applications (including Miles).
- Ensure alignment between business teams, development teams, and local market stakeholders throughout the release process.
- Maintain and communicate release calendars, timelines, and scope.
- Support deployment activities and validate key milestones for successful go-live.
Delivery Management & Process Alignment
- Ensure all changes follow internal governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in change advisory meetings, status updates, and follow-up sessions with European teams.
- Track progress of tasks, risks, blockers, and dependencies related to delivery streams.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and local market representatives.
- Consolidate updates, prepare documentation, and communicate release notes or process updates.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and towards end-users.
Support to CMS Application Lifecycle
- Assist in coordinating testing activities (SIT/UAT), ensuring issues are documented and followed up.
- Support incident and service request follow-up when related to releases or deployment cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and documentation.
You bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Management, Business Informatics, Economics, or related fields.
- Interest or initial experience in IT Release Management, Delivery Coordination, IT Operations, or Functional/Application Support.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile/SAFe).
- Basic familiarity with SQL or CMS concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office 365, Teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with international teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
