Introduction & Summary:
The CIS Security Manager is responsible for analyzing and developing network systems and information security practices critical to organizational integrity and data protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in operating systems, applications, TCP/IP, and security architecture, combined with a proven track record in information systems security and implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
The CIS Security Manager will lead the enhancement of security protocols and document necessary changes in security measures. Key responsibilities include:
* Evaluating existing network systems for vulnerabilities
* Implementing security architecture frameworks
* Overseeing multi-level security processes
* Managing intrusion detection systems
* Coordinating virus detection and control measures
* Assessing risks and determining the necessary PKI frameworks
* Providing recommendations for system configuration changes
Key Requirements:
Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* At least three years of experience in information systems security
* Minimum of five years in information systems integration, implementation, or operation
* Portuguese Nacionality
