We are seeking a skilled Kofax Professional to join our team in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring the health of desktop publishing applications, GED, and workflow. They will also validate the proper functioning of application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrades, analyze and correct production incidents, process assistance requests from ADOC users, communicate progress to declarants and IT support teams, and maintain relationships with outsourcers OPS/ITG for incident reporting and change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily monitoring of application health
* Validation of ADOC functionality during upgrades
* Analysis and correction of production incidents
* Processing of user assistance requests
* Communication of resolution progress
* Maintenance of outsourcer relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* At least 3 years of IT experience and 2 years as a Kofax Developer
* Ability to travel outside of Portugal
* Technical skills: KTA, INSIGHT, .NET, SQL Script, Scrum methodology
* Excellent English language skills (B2 level)
