Job Opportunity
This position involves providing foundational support for IT-related incidents and user requests, leveraging corporate tools and systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide initial support for IT incidents and user requests
* Elevate issues appropriately to higher-level support teams when necessary
* Perform routine server monitoring, daily meeting rooms checklist, disk space management, and operating system patching
* Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues, including component replacement
* Support users on Microsoft Office and general PC issues
* Collaborate with other IT team members globally to deliver effective solutions
* Keep IT management informed of local activities, changes, and system status
Your Profile and Competencies:
* Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent certifications
* Good understanding of incident management and escalation processes
* Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016)
* Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365
* Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and basic server components
