The Role
We are looking for two Asset Managers to join our Operations team in Portugal, based in Lisbon and reporting to the Head of Operations.
In this role, you will be accountable for the performance and value delivery of our Portuguese renewable energy portfolio, ensuring the successful execution of the business case across the asset lifecycle, from construction handover to operations and optimisation.
You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, energy performance, and cost control, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Health & Safety is a non-negotiable priority, and the role actively promotes a safety-first culture embedded in daily decisions and behaviours. Strong digital fluency and the use of data and analytics are essential to support performance, reporting, and decision-making.
The role includes regular travel to sites across Portugal.
Desirable Skills
Proven experience in asset management or operations within the renewable energy sector, with a solid understanding of power markets.
Strong capability to manage technical, operational, and financial performance, including energy optimisation, OPEX control, and KPI reporting.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing contractual and regulatory requirements.
High digital and data fluency, with hands-on experience using tools such as SCADA, asset management systems, AI tools, SAP/SAC, dashboards, and automation or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong analytical skills, delivery-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
Advanced level of English.
