What are we looking for?
Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNowAbility to manage BAU (Business As Usual) support activities in an autonomous mannerAnalytical skills for troubleshooting issues and improving system performanceStrong communication skills in English, with the ability to train and support usersResponsibilities:Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets independently, ensuring timely resolutionMonitor and coordinate Level 3 issues in collaboration with the BAU LeadPerform system administration tasks such as content uploads, report creation, and user access managementConduct non-regression testing after releases, patches, or system updatesDeliver user training sessions and propose improvements (documentation, refresher sessions) to reduce support ticketsWhat do we offer?
