Mandatory: Proven experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001
We are looking for a Compliance & ISO Specialist to join an international organization operating in a regulated environment (Permanent Recruitment).
This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in regulated environments, coming from backgrounds such as compliance, quality, information security, governance or similar areas - not limited to IT-only profiles.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and prepare internal and external audits
* Ensure compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 17025
* Create, review and maintain policies, procedures and internal documentation
* Act as a point of contact with auditors and internal stakeholders
* Support teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of processes
* Promote a proactive compliance approach, anticipating risks and audit requirements
Requirements
* Around 3 years of experience in compliance, quality, audit or ISO-related roles
* Proven hands-on experience with:
* ISO 9001 - mandatory
* ISO 27001 - mandatory
* ISO 17025
* Experience using Confluence for documentation management
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
* Comfortable working with documentation, policies and written procedures
* Fluent Portuguese
* Advanced/Fluent English (company language and documentation)
