We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of involvement, experience, and excellence.Join our team as aPlatform Administrator & Support Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!What You'll Do:Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications and infrastructure platforms.Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft-based platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.Implement, migrate, and manage multi-technology platforms in enterprise environments.Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and vulnerabilities affecting systems and services.Participate in the automation of operational tasks and service management processes.Collaborate with technical teams to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.Maintain and improve monitoring, operational processes, and internal support tools.Create and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.Ensure compliance with service management processes and IT governance frameworks.Participate in an on‐call rotation for remote night support, shared across the team.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles combining platform administration and application support.Strong experience in Microsoft platform administration, including Active Directory management.Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks.Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and standards like ISO 20000.Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving capabilities in complex environments.Experience identifying and resolving system vulnerabilities and operational issues.Ability to analyze system behavior and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.At DataSmart, you will have the opportunity to integrate into a solid company and participate in projects of high recognition, nationally and internationally, with an appealing technological environment and career progression.Excellence in the way to the future!Connect with Us: Follow us on LinkedIn for updates on career opportunities, company news, and industry insights!
