TheOperational Transversal Trainer is responsible for preparing and deliveringtransversal operational training (beginner and proficient) for operationalteams.
The Operational Transversal Trainer has also to assure that theknowledge is passed in a consistent way by using specific tools andmethodologies
Your MainActivities Are
Delivertraining sessions, with previous preparation and proper follow-up
Improve existing training, updating content, format orany other aspect, taking in consideration the feedback from the sessions
Develop new training formats (classroom format, remoteformat and self-service format) for existing and/or new programs
Develop expertise in training tools, such as, PowerPoint, Klaxoon and Communication Tools
Support training campaign
Support newcomers' learning path
ProfileandSkills to Success
BachelorDegree in Business Management / Economics / Finance / Accounting or related
Atleast 3 years of relevant experience
Advancedlevel of English, both written and oral
Knowledgein MS Office Pack ( Excel, PowerPoint)
Abilityto share / pass on knowledge
Abilityto develop others and improve their skills
Communicationskills, both written and oral
Creativityand innovation / problem solving
Organisationalskills
