We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT, through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.We are looking for an IT Field Support & User Support Technician!Responsibilities:Steer transformation program and related projects – affecting their line or work – either directly or through cross-entity projects.Support and follow the execution of transformation projects.Monitoring and evaluating the progress of diffrent projects, addressing issues as they arise.Communicating changes to relevant stakeholders and managing resistance effectively.Implementing change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.Support and coach managers/Project Leaders reporting to them.Support and follow the execution of all approved strategic transformation projects.Manage an integrated program of change initiatives across all lines of service and functional areas all of which are aligned to business strategy.Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.Coordinate the relationship with the other locations and process owners, empowering the team in the follow up of the relevant processes.Continuous optimization of the existing processes, identifying spaces and actions for improvements and efficiencies, while enabling employees to take part of the development of those actions.Help define and promote strategy and ensure its operational implementation regarding information systems.Requirements:Hardware and Software experience. Networking and security experience.Problem solving and critical thinking experience.VDI / HVD experience.Main Technologies : MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipment’s(cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smartpass, Active Directory, Network protocols.Communication.
