Your roleWe are looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Revenue Manager who will own the full vision, road map, and delivery of our dynamic pricing engine and OTA ecosystem — used daily across our Hotels, Vacation Rentals, and F&B operations in Europe. Your JourneyPRICING ENGINEOwn the vision and delivery of a dynamic pricing engine driving performance across Hotels, Vacation Rentals, and F&B across Europe — end-to-end. REVENUE STRATEGYDevelop and execute pricing strategies that maximise revenue, market share, and profitability across all business units. OTA & DISTRIBUTIONManage and optimise all distribution channels — OTA, GDS, brand website, direct booking — ensuring rate parity and maximum visibility. ANALYTICS & FORECASTINGProduce demand forecasts and performance reports (ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR), translating data into clear strategic recommendations. Design and execute pricing strategies to maximise revenue and market share Produce accurate demand, revenue, and occupancy forecasts Monitor and adjust rates, restrictions, and promotions in real time Support budgeting and long-term financial planning Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Identify revenue opportunities and underperforming segments Prepare management reports highlighting trends and recommendations Leverage RMS, PMS, and BI tools for data-driven decisions Oversee distribution channels and ensure rate consistency across all platforms Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise conversion Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor market dynamics Track seasonality, local events, and demand signals proactively Work cross-functionally with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office Train and mentor team members on revenue management principles Lead weekly business reviews and management meetings Provide input into sales strategies and marketing campaigns Experience & EducationBachelor's in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field 5+ years in revenue or yield management in hospitality Portfolio experience across Hotels and Vacation Rentals Proficiency with PMS (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.), RMS, Excel Fluency with OTA extranets, channel managers, and BI dashboards What sets you apartHigh standards — you hold yourself and others accountable Analytical and data-literate — you love numbers and act on them Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable making decisions under pressure Collaborative across departments; market-aware and adaptable Diversity and SustainabilityAt Olala!, we take pride in cultivating a vibrant and inclusive work environment that celebrates individuality and diversity.
