Job Description
We are a multinational company operating in Portugal since 2007. Our organization specializes in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems with over 150 active partners across various sectors including banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
We are looking for someone with approximately 4 years of experience in 2nd level Application Support, fluent in German and English. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Helpdesk / Service Support operations, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong problem-solving and research capabilities.
