HR Business Partner (M/F)

Paredes (Porto)

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance aligned with company strategy;
* Partner with management on organizational design, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives;
* Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law;
* Support and implement HR processes across multiple disciplines: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation, and benefits;
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR) and manage whistleblowing cases with discretion and confidentiality;
* Drive HR projects and initiatives that improve processes, employee experience, and organizational culture;
* Provide HR insights and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
* 3–5 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in a multinational environment;
* English fluency (mandatory);
* Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HR analytics.
