Senior Cloud Engineer Role Summary
About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to design, standardize and operate our cloud platform on AWS. This role involves working at the intersection of platform engineering, automation and developer enablement.
* Design and maintain a secure, scalable and highly automated Kubernetes-based platform enabling development teams to ship software reliably and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
1. Treating the platform as an internal product with developers as your main stakeholders;
* Infrastructure Standardization *- Define maintenance.
Maintenance of Platform Standards across infrastructure security networking deployments.
Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or Terraform OpenTofo ensure efficient delivery. Manage multiple infrastructure toolsets considering their efficiency resource usage reliability scalability Maintainance, which must always include IAM least privilege secrets management container security ensuring smooth operations in high-availability resilient systems disaster recovery RPO RTO planning contributing towards technical excellence creating value stream optimizing processes architecture platforms seamlessly integrating cross-functional team members developing improving delivering robust scalable solutions architectures data availability making hard-coded logics mean continuous integration metrics static type checking more functional lowering entry leverage compared present j trial.
