ABOUT YOU
Are you a Power BI Developer passionate about transforming data into valuable insights through impactful dashboards and reports? Do you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and consistency, and building efficient data models that support strategic decision-making? Then this opportunity is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Connect, clean and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query
Build efficient and scalable data models (star schema, fact/dimension tables)
Write DAX measures to create KPIs and apply business logic
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to support data governance policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Design and develop Microsoft Power BI reports and Dashboards including data set ingestion and transformation, Data Modeling, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements to meet business needs
Make sure data validation and data quality is a priority
4+ years of experience working with Power BI ecosystem
Experience with Analytical Data Modeling, DAX and ETL
Sharp analytical mind with a keen sense of critical thinking
Excellent communication skills and a natural team player
English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration in a global context
And above all: you know how to listen, think, ask, propose, and collaborate
