THE CHALLENGE
As a Senior Buyer – Apparel | Special Collections, you will be based at our Head Office in Porto, working closely with Buyers, Designers, and Merchandisers to lead the development of Parfois' apparel special collections across all global markets.
You will play a key strategic role in defining the buying vision for capsule drops, limited editions, and key commercial projects, identifying new opportunities, and driving product decisions that maximize brand impact, performance, and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the buying strategy and development of apparel special collections, capsule launches, and key seasonal projects
* Define the assortment, product mix, and pricing strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals
* Identify trends, newness opportunities, and product gaps to create distinctive and commercially strong collections
* Own category performance by analyzing sales, KPIs, and customer insights to drive data-based decisions
* Source, negotiate, and manage strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, flexibility, and on-time delivery
* Manage development timelines, forecasts, and budgets to ensure efficient execution of fast-paced and limited-time projects
* Monitor daily reports (sales, stock, margins, budgets, etc.) and implement actions to optimize sell-through and profitability
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams to ensure successful launches
PROFILE
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Fashion, or a related field
* Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in apparel buying, preferably managing special projects or capsule collections
* Fluency in English
* Strong knowledge of the apparel industry, including materials, constructions, sourcing, and global markets
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a creative and commercial mindset
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Organized, agile, proactive, and results-oriented
