Vacancy: Sales and Digital Marketing Manager - Wine Tourism
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for wine and tourism to join our team as a Sales and Digital Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for expanding TOPDOURO's presence in new markets, promoting the brand through targeted digital campaigns and commercial strategies tailored to different international audiences.
The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between the company and our guests, ensuring a close and personalized service. The role also includes promoting private and exclusive wine tasting experiences aligned with the digital marketing strategy, strengthening TOPDOURO's image as an authentic brand dedicated to preserving the traditions and culture of the Douro region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content consistent with the brand identity.
* Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies for international markets.
* Create basic promotional and digital materials such as posters, labels, images, and videos, in line with the brand's visual identity.
* Promote and organize exclusive wine tasting experiences and farm accommodation stays.
* Implement commercial strategies, monitor sales targets, and analyze performance.
* Ensure effective communication with diverse audiences, including international clients.
Requirements
* University degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
* Strong interest in wine and tourism.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve defined objectives.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (clear reporting, effective teamwork, and a high standard of professionalism in client interactions)
* Experience in digital marketing and implementation of communication strategies.
* Good aesthetic sense and taste for creating visual and promotional content.
* Strong commercial skills and experience in developing sales strategies.
* Availability for shift work and travel when required.
* Valid driving license.
