Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow strategic relationships with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the industrial and automotive sectors.
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closing of high-value tooling projects.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal engineering, production, and project management teams.
Develop strategic account plans aligned with client roadmaps and internal growth targets.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure strong customer engagement through regular site visits, technical consultations, and high-level presentations.
Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experienceas a Key Account Manager in theplastic injection molding/tooling industry, with a strong background inautomotive and industrial markets.
Demonstrated success in securing€5-10M+ in annual project revenues.
Strong existingnetwork and relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliersin the sector.
Fluent in English;
German and Portugueseare highly desirable.
Willingness totravel internationally 40%+to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Solidtechnical understandingof high-precision injection tooling and customer requirements.
Skilled inCRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting.
