Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify new business leads and develop targeted sales strategies.
* Develop and manage customer accounts, negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients, and monitor repeat bookings for groups, congresses, and seminars.
* Design and implement creative local marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
* Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify areas for improvement and develop focused activities to address them.
* Direct and manage the forecasting process, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and provide operational insights to inform business decisions.
