The Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to support our team in the following responsibilities:
* Supporting the definition of requirements and user stories with Product Owners.
* Designing technical solutions that support business requirements in collaboration with development teams.
* Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams.
* Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.
* Communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Providing regular status updates and reports on project progress, risks, and issues.
* Managing the development team's backlog by refining and prioritizing items.
* Supporting roadmap and capacity planning.
* Identifying and analyzing problems and issues that may affect the successful adoption of solutions.
* Constantly looking for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the final deliverables.
* Recurrently sharing initiative progress status with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of professional technical experience building and operating software products.
2. Experience using a project tracking tool (e.g., JIRA).
