About the Role
We're hiring a Cashier / Front-of-House Team Member for our location inside Time Out Market, Cais do Sodré.
This is a cashier-focused role with a strong guest experience component. You'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests, so we're looking for someone who is sharp, friendly, confident, and genuinely great with people.

What You'll Do
Welcome guests warmly and create a strong first impression
Take orders quickly and accurately using our POS system
Handle card payments with confidence and attention to detail
Guide guests through the menu, including ingredients and allergens
Promote menu specials and help build guest loyalty
Keep communication clear between front-of-house and kitchen
Help make sure orders are delivered quickly and accurately
Resolve guest questions and concerns in a calm, professional way
What We Offer
Net Salary: €********* + monthly individual KPI bonus (up to €250)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with 2 consecutive days off, No take home work.
Location: Time Out Market, Cais do Sodré

What We're Looking For
Friendly, energetic, and confident with guests
Fluent English is essential
Portuguese is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure during peak hours
2 years of experience in high-volume customer service is preferred
Experience in restaurants, retail, concessions, or other fast-paced customer-facing roles is a strong plus
Most importantly: someone with a great attitude, willingness to learn, and real pride in delivering a great guest experience
