Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit contributes to Airbus’ global success by driving standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) across overhead functions. Responsibilities
* Achieve project objectives to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
* Define, implement and drive a project team/organization across all project phases, including personnel from other functions (matrix organizations)
* Ensure active risk and opportunity management and contract management (internal or external)
* Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers
* Accountable for on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery of the project to the Customer
* Manage a portfolio of small projects in front of the Customer from deal signature until deal closure (including invoicing) and lessons learnt
* Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt
* Provide factual analysis of any Customer, Vendor or third-party claims related to projects under the jobholder’s leadership
Competences
* 5 years in a program/project management role with customer-facing responsibilities in international environments
* 5 years of experience in Operations and Contract execution
* Excellent written and spoken English; customer service oriented
