What you will do:

Providing high-quality support in French and English via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the platform.
Verifying account information and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.
Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently to enhance their experience.
Handling support in both French and English.
Salary:
:
Base salary: **** € gross x 12 months
(or 930 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
65€
gross/month – fixed project bonus
meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day
(approx. 167,86€ NET/month in a voucher card)
Night shift allowance
: +25% per worked hour
