Technical Sales Specialist Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to provide our customers with innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise customers on laboratory organization and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
* Offer ongoing support, sharing product information and encouraging cross-selling while introducing new techniques.
* Coordinate installations, collaborating with logistics, technical service, and product managers.
* Ensure users of our analyzers and reagents receive proper training and documentation.
* Monitor service levels at assigned centers to minimize the risk of complaints.
* Work closely with Key Account Managers and Business Units to manage opportunities and risks.
* Manage tenders, including specification and profitability analysis, and prepare necessary documentation.
* Meet established sales and commercial targets.
* Comply with Werfen Group's Ethics Code.
Internal Networking/Key Relationships:
* Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
