Responsibilities: Be the voice of the company in direct communication with economy-oriented business partners.Manage the French language market.Provide customer support and clarify questions regarding products and services.Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.Support our merchants with all inquiries about our products and services.Actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, continually improving the satisfaction of our merchants.Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing. Requirements: Native or fluent French speaker (mandatory).Proficient in English.Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly service focus.Tech-savvy and passionate about the economic sector.Availability to work on-site in Porto. What do we have for you? Base salary: €1000Meal allowance (SA): €7.63/daySkill Adder: €50Health insuranceMonday to Sunday - 08:00 and 19:00 (rotative shifts - possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement)Days off: 2 days (rotative)Location: On-site in Porto.
