Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading technical security projects from initiation through implementation, including phases such as planning, analysis, design development, implementation, coordination and hand-over to Operations.
As a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing countries' IT security remediation projects/roadmaps and aligning with the Cyber Security Regional team to have the projects align with the Regional roadmap.
You will define technical and functional security pre-requisites in key IT security projects, in line with IT and information security strategies, notably regarding digital identities, cloud integration and data technical platform.
The successful candidate will develop and implement entities project plans aligned with local entities security roadmaps. You will also define business objectives, timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
Additionally, you will drive day-to-day execution of the assigned stream, overall integration process, to ensure activity plans remain relevant and are being executed effectively.
Furthermore, you will prepare project status reports, conduct regular meetings on progress, financial aspects, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in Security Project Management and 4+ years of experience in Compliance or Audit.
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security, and a Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Security is preferred.
A combination of skills including extensive experience with Smartsheet Control Center, knowledge of identity management and enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, security education, security operations, application security fundamentals, IT risk methodologies (ISO27005, NIST, CIS, RMF, etc.) and related laws and regulations (NIS2, Personal Information Protection Law (GDPR, SOX, …)), and cloud technologies is required.
You should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to convince, and interact with people at all levels of the IS&T organization, including senior management.
Able to work well under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
