Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in advertising creative production and ad banner design.
This role is for someone who has ideally worked at a marketing, advertising, or creative agency before and understands how to create high-performing visuals for paid campaigns. We need a designer who can combine strong visual taste with conversion-focused thinking.
You should be comfortable creating banners and ad creatives for different platforms, following brand guidelines, and producing clean, modern, performance-driven designs quickly and consistently.
What we need help with:
* Designing ad banners for digital campaigns
* Creating static ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and display ads
* Adapting creative into multiple sizes and formats
* Designing visuals that are both on-brand and performance-focused
* Collaborating with our team on concepts, iterations, and revisions
* Turning briefs into polished advertising assets efficiently
Ideal candidate:
* Has previous experience working in an agency environment
* Strong portfolio with advertising creatives, banner ads, and paid media design
* Understands direct-response design and performance marketing creatives
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
* Able to follow creative direction and also bring strong design ideas
* Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
* Comfortable working on multiple brands and campaigns
Nice to have:
* Experience designing for e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
* Understanding of CTR-focused creative testing
* Experience with light motion graphics or simple animated banners
