Your new role
The
Intelligent Automation & AI Technical Lead
will play a central role, providing strategic and technical leadership in the design and delivery of automation and AI solutions that accelerate business transformation. The role ensures that all initiatives are built on solid technical foundations, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Working in close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and external partners, the Technical Lead defines technical strategy and solution design, setting best practices for automation and AI platforms. Oversees the full development lifecycle—from requirements analysis through build, testing, and deployment—ensuring compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
In addition to guiding delivery, the role mentors development teams and fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. It also evaluates and integrates emerging AI capabilities to enhance the value and scalability of automation initiatives.
The ultimate goal is to deliver intelligent automation solutions that are technically robust, seamlessly integrated, and capable of generating sustainable business impact at scale.
You will be responsible for:
* Solution Design & Delivery:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation and AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business and technology standards.
* Technical Leadership:
Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams, acting as the technical authority for automation and AI platforms. Ensure consistent application of best practices in coding, testing, and solution architecture.
* Innovation & Technology Strategy:
Evaluate emerging automation and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to modernize the technology landscape and maximize business value through innovation.
* Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all solutions adhere to governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards. Promote coding standards, documentation, testing, and quality assurance practices across teams.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and external partners to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and co-create solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
* Team Development & Mentorship:
Coach and mentor developers, fostering knowledge sharing, skill development, and a high-performance culture built on curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
* Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
Oversee the operation of deployed solutions, ensuring reliability and optimal performance. Collect feedback, track KPIs, and drive iterative enhancements.
* Strategic Alignment:
Ensure all automation and AI initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes that support long-term growth and transformation.
What will you need to succeed
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* 6+ years of experience in IT, software development, or automation, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
* Proven track record in designing and delivering intelligent automation and AI solutions at scale
* Experience with Agentic AI POCs
* Understanding of Agentic AI capabilities, architecture, and governance principles
* Experience integrating Data and Analytics products into automation solutions
* Exposure to the Supply Chain domain is a plus
* Demonstrates deep expertise in intelligent automation and AI technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging tools and trends
* Designs future-ready automation and AI solutions by challenging conventional approaches and introducing scalable, impactful ways of working
* Delivers technically robust solutions that generate measurable business outcomes, maintaining discipline in execution and tracking progress
* Builds strong partnerships between business and technology teams, guiding stakeholders through technical decisions and aligning diverse perspectives
* Acts as a mentor and role model for technical teams, fostering growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing
* Translates technical concepts into business-relevant language, adapting communication style to different audiences and influencing decisions with clarity and credibility
* Navigates evolving priorities and technology landscapes with flexibility and resilience, supporting teams through change
* Anticipates technological trends and aligns automation and AI strategies with long-term business objectives, balancing short-term needs with sustainable growth
* English fluency is mandatory.
