The Project Sales Engineer will lead cross-functional activities related to short-term production projects and long-term customer contracts at VANGEST Aerospace BU. This role ensures on-time delivery, budget compliance, and customer satisfaction.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE5+ years of technical project/program management experience in metalworking / aerospace manufacturing or precision industrial manufacturing.Beyond technical project management, candidates should demonstrate proven sales and commercial management experience, numerical aptitude, and financial prudency.Good understanding of machined components, CNC processes, and aerospace quality standards.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems).Experience with CAD/CAMvisualizingsoftware and PLM systems (CATIA, Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong knowledge of materials (aluminum alloys among others), machining processes, and cost drivers.Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation.Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.Spanish and French fluency considered as an advantage.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as the technical point of contact for customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle.Plan, track, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Review design specifications, product special requirements, and customer configurations.
