The Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager – Financial Markets is responsible for supporting, implementing, and engineering financial market infrastructures and applications.
This role manages existing systems and subsystems that support critical applications and business processes, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability.
The position also involves risk evaluation and guarantees the viability, usability, and long-term sustainability of delivered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Maintain close relationships with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements, needs, and issues
Actively monitor business and technological market trends and assess their impact in collaboration with business clients
Propose solutions and produce clear functional specifications
Analyze functional issues across IT systems and recommend effective solutions
As a Project Manager, you will:
Analyze feasibility, manage priorities, and define delivery roadmaps
Plan, coordinate, and lead project workstreams
Facilitate collaboration across teams and coach a diverse group of stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, risks, and dependencies
Profile & Skills for Success
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and a high level of rigor
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
