Job Title: Customer Service Representative Spanish Market
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)
Start Date: 25 September 2025
Working Schedule:
* Monday to Sunday, 08:00 21:00 (rotative shifts)
* 2 rotative days off per week
Language Requirements:
* Spanish: C1
* English: B2
Salary & Benefits:
* Meal allowance: 7.23 per day
* Transport allowance: 20 per month
* Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution, free after 6 months)
* Additional bonus for Braga-based positions: 20 per 12 months
Relocation Package (Lisbon only):
* Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400, Economy class) at the end of the 6th month
* Shared accommodation option: room in a company-provided apartment for up to 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip)
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support for the Spanish market via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain professionalism and service quality at all times.
* Contribute to a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Spanish (C1) + strong English skills (B2)
* Customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work shifts, including weekends
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
