The Role: Java Fullstack Developer (Junior / Mid / Senior)
📍 Location: Lisbon
🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services
🗣️ Languages: English (C1)
✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
* English C1;
* Java (8, 17, 21), Spring Boot and REST APIs;
* JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and Angular;
* GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Docker and Kubernetes;
* Oracle/PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Kafka and/or RabbitMQ;
* JPA/Hibernate and SQL data modelling;
* BPMN/workflow systems;
* CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Nice to have:
* French B2;
* Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., banking/insurance).
* ElasticSearch, MongoDB;
* Kotlin or Python;
* System design, UML or DDD experience.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain application features in Agile teams;
* Collaborate on requirements and acceptance criteria with PO/BA;
* Participate in ceremonies and ensure delivery quality (DoD, documentation);
* Support code quality, testing and continuous integration practices.
