As a UX/UI Designer, some of your responsibilities will be:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Design and iterate on user interfaces that align with the company's brand identity and style guidelines.
Optimize user experiences by conducting user testing, analyzing feedback, and implementing design improvements based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process.
What we're looking for:
Required skills:
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, demonstrating your ability to create user-centered designs and intuitive user interfaces.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and creating personas.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working as a UX/UI Designer in a professional setting, preferably in a tech company.
Experience designing for B2B software applications is a plus.
Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Business.
