Business & Performance Analyst (m/f) – SintraKey ResponsibilitiesManage the database of HCPs and pharmacies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and correct alignment of the commercial teams' dashboards;Creating CRM data reports that meet the needs of the different Business Units;Create and maintain dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams;Provide support to the Business Unit management team whenever necessary.Collect, process, and validate supplier/wholesaler data related to advance discounts or other types of information.Place replenishment orders related to advance discounts from wholesalers.Collect, process, and validate data from the Sales Team/Customers regarding established agreements.Develop and propose performance KPIs to improve operational efficiency.Suggest new methods, techniques, and technologies to meet or exceed Commercial Objectives.Produce performance reports on KPIs for Internal Sales / Sell-Out Sales and monitor progress at various hierarchical levels.Prepare monthly activity reports.Participate in Team meetings.QualificationsBachelor's degree in economics, management, data analysis, mathematics, marketing or others;1-2 years of experience in CRM and data analysis (preferential).Experience in CRM systems Salesforce, VEEVA, OCE or others;Knowledge of SQL and experience in data analysis and modeling.Experience with data integration, BI tools (Power BI).Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in English (preferential).#J-18808-Ljbffr
