Stefanini is hiring
SAP HCM senior consultants
to join one of our Portugal-based clients, operating within the retail business sector.
Work model
: hybrid (on-site 3 days per week at the client's office in Lisbon - Amoreiras zone);
Project duration
: long-term (1 year as a Stefanini consultant, joining the client's structure after that period);
Role tasks
:
Ensure the support, maintenance, and evolution of SAP HR modules across the business;
Support to our end-users, maintenance, and evolution in the modules of Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (PM);
Acting as a project manager, you should ensure the requirements gathering, design, and implement the new features and law requirements in those modules;
Follow and understand the legislation relevant to PY, PA, OM, and PM modules in the three geographies.
Role requirements
:
Academic background in Computer Science or related HR or management areas;
You have minimum 4 years' experience in working with SAP;
Proven experience in
SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support)
;
A Project Manager skillset (end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle);
A Functional and Technical knowledgeable in
SAP Payroll (Mandatory)
;
A Legal knowledgeable of Labour Law in Portugal;
ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems proficiencies a plus;
Spoken, written, presentation and communications skills in
English
.
