Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and monitor content to ensure adherence to company policies, community rules, and applicable regulations.
* Review user submissions with accuracy, cultural awareness, and fairness.
* Maintain consistent quality while supporting platform safety for buyers and sellers.
* Adapt to policy changes and shifting priorities, following established moderation workflows.
* Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases using internal procedures.
* Stay informed on moderation best practices, product updates, and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level).
* Proficiency in English (B2 level).
* EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
* At least one year of experience in Content Moderation.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
