We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Performance and Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing logistics organisation that delivers cutting-edge supply chain solutions on a global scale. Responsabilidades
1. Oversee and improve daily transport performance;
2. Monitor and challenge carrier performance, offering alternative solutions;
3. Track and analyse recurring deviations;
4. Provide detailed performance reports to carrier and procurement stakeholders;
5. Proactively communicate with customers and serve as first-level escalation support;
6. Manage technical quotations and clarify customer specifications;
7. Liaise with carriers, analyse their responses, and prepare customer quotations;
8. Support operations with clear implementation instructions;
9. Collaborate with freight audit teams to identify and analyse cost gaps;
10. Recommend rate card adjustments when necessary;
11. Lead resolution of complex operational issues requiring technical input;
12. Identify and report performance gaps, contributing to SOP updates and team alignment;
13. Manage claims and complaints resolution;
14. Participate in regulatory monitoring relevant to transport operations;
15. Act as a bridge between operations, customers, and internal support teams;
16. Attend carrier and customer performance reviews (weekly/monthly).
Requisitos
- Degree in Transport and Logistics or a related field (preferred);
- Experience in customs management;
- Solid background in transport and logistics, with 5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding (air cargo);
- Work experience with freight forwarding companies;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Fluent in English and local language; French is desirable;
- Strong knowledge of international air transport processes and regulations;
- Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing mindset;
- Customer-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable managing priorities;
- Effective communicator with the ability to operate independently across remote teams;
- Ability to travel (25%).
