As we scale, we are investing in our paid acquisition engine and looking for sharp operators who want to grow with us.The RoleWe are hiring a Lead Generator with hands-on paid advertising experience to own and scale our lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid lead acquisition: from campaign strategy and creative briefing to launch, optimization, and reporting.
This is a high-impact role where your work directly drives pipeline and revenue.This is a fully remote position to start, with the possibility of relocating to our Madrid office in the future for candidates interested in joining the team on-site.What You'll DoPlan and launch paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to generate qualified leads.Own the full funnel — from ad creative and targeting to landing pages, lead forms, and CRM hand-off.Optimize for performance by continuously A/B testing creatives, audiences, copy, and bidding strategies to lower CPL and improve lead quality.Manage budgets responsibly, allocating spend to the highest-performing channels and campaigns.Brief creatives (designers, copywriters, video editors) to produce ad assets that convert.Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs (CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.Research and prospect new lead sources, partnerships, and ad placements to expand our acquisition mix.Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure leads are properly qualified, nurtured, and converted.Stay current on platform updates, ad policy changes, and emerging channels.What We're Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience running paid lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads at minimum).
Proven track record of hitting CPL and lead-quality targets at meaningful spend.Strong analytical skills — comfortable digging through data in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar tools.Solid understanding of tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, UTM hygiene, and attribution.Sharp eye for ad creative — you know what makes a scroll-stopping ad and can brief creatives accordingly.Self-starter who can operate independently in a remote environment, manage their own time, and deliver without constant oversight.Excellent written and spoken English — this is our working language.Comfortable with CRM and lead-management tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Nice to HaveExperience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage) and basic conversion rate optimization.Working knowledge of Spanish (helpful but not required).
