RPA / Blue Prism Junior Analyst
Job Description
Stefanini is hiring RPA Analysts experienced with Blue Prism, to join one of our clients operating in Lisbon.
The selected candidates will act as Systems Analysts with direct responsibilities over this client's infrastructure.
Project duration : 1 year, with chances of extending;
Work model : hybrid (3 days per week on site in Lisbon's office);
Role responsibilities :
1. Analyze and gather requirements with business teams.
2. Develop solutions using no-code and low-code development tools.
3. RPA development using Blue Prism Platform.
4. Development of new and maintenance and enhancement of existing solutions.
5. Bring improvements in the corporate performance by optimal use of the RPA technology.
6. Ensure that the outcomes derivable from a business process are in line with the strategic goal.
7. Troubleshooting technical issues while collaborating with business teams to resolve them.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate has :
8. Working experience in system development and implementation projects. Working experience in RPA development using Blue Prism platform. Working experience in maintaining and enhancing the systems.
9. Business analysis skills.
10. Working experience with ServiceNow
11. Experience in stakeholder Management.
12. Experience with Agile methodologies.
13. Academic background in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
14. Experience with international and multicultural projects.
15. Capability to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
16. Capability to constantly look for new innovations, technologies and methods which can improve the daily work activities.
17. Capability to assimilate new knowledge.
18. Communication and collaboration skills.
Technical requirements :
19. Working experience in system development in C#, VB.net or JavaScript. Knowledge in SQL. Working experience in PostgreSQL.
20. Working experience in Business Process Management.
21. Working experience in installation and configuration of Blue Prism RPA Platform. Portuguese and English fluency.
22. Problem-solving skills.
