Position: SAP Project Manager Location: Porto, Portugal | Hybrid – 2 to 3 times per month in the office Main responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end master data migration projects covering product, packaging & labeling, customer, supplier, finance, workshop, marketing master data. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with ERP migration objectives. Lead cross-functional teams including data migration experts, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT resources. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical leaders. Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities ensuring data quality and integrity. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to master data migration, implementing mitigation plans proactively. Facilitate communication and status reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors. Ensure compliance with data governance standards and organizational policies throughout the migration lifecycle. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live readiness for master data cutover. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data management processes and tools. Manage vendor or third-party partner relationships involved in data migration efforts. Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations or data migration projects Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field Proven track record managing material master, customer master, and supplier master data migration initiatives Strong knowledge of ERP master data structures, ideally SAP (Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Supplier Management) Project management certification preferred Experience with project management tools such as cplace, JIRA If you think you're a good fit, don't hesitate to apply for this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
