Your New Role As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Opera Property Management System (PMS) at the Lisbon unit.
You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities Lead the implementation of the Opera PMS, ensuring seamless integration with current systems.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and IT security.
Oversee the implementation and management of other systems, including Primavera and attendance management systems.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
Train and support staff on new systems and technologies.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience with the implementation of hotel management systems, specifically Host and Opera (mandatory).
Knowledge of management systems such as Primavera and attendance management systems.
Proficiency in network, server, and IT security management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in English.
