Responsibilities:
Work directly with CEO toconvert commercial strategy into a product vision & strategy.
Lead theend-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, requirements, development, and launch - while owning strategy & vision, GTM, and roadmap.
Support the creation oftechnical product specificationsand translate business goals into executable engineering tasks.
Work directly with engineers onsystem architecture, defining specifications and feature development.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve theproduct development process, ensuring alignment, speed, and quality.
Support and create the structure for properuser research and discovery efforts, making sure customer insights drive decision-making.
Conductmarket research and competitive analysisto guide strategy and identify opportunities.
Drivestakeholder managementacross the company, balancing business, technical, and customer priorities.
Mentor and support growth withinProduct Management and Product Design, setting clear goals and creating strong career paths.
Define and tracksuccess metricsfor overall product health, OKRs and respective KPIs.
Collaborate withSales, Brand, and Customer Successto connect product development with customer needs and market positioning.
Owngo-to-market activities, including product positioning, messaging, and launch readiness in partnership with Sales and Brand.
Ensure products are built forscalability and growth, fromtechnical robustness(performance, reliability, integrations) tocommercial readiness(adoption, expansion, and market fit).
Skills
7 – 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling impactful products.
Leadership experiencein managing and growing product functions, ideally spanning both Product Management and Product Design.
Strong background inpre-PMF productsis a strong plus.
Strong background insoftwareandML-powered products; familiarity withhardwareis a strong plus.
Strong background inB2B Industrial productsis a strong plus.
Proven experience inuser research and product discovery.
Proven experience instakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience in defining and runningproduct development processes - SDLC.
Analytical mindset with ability todefine, track, and act on success metrics.
Strongcommunication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experiencebuilding and launching industrial productsthat integrateinto existing processes or enable new ones,with a track record ofdelivering measurable ROI for customers.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English & Portuguese.
Fast Learner, ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work in a dynamic andfast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindsetand willingness to work closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
