To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Specialist in our plant in Ovar.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, focusing on Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding (experience in Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, or Opportunity Marketplace is a plus)
- Analyze and document current processes (As-Is) and map future processes (To-Be) for system alignment
- Leverage deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Best Practices to customize the system based on organizational needs
- Oversee user permissions and roles within the Talent Management modules to ensure secure and efficient access
- Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical system specifications
- Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for effective system configurations
- Provide training to HR teams on the functionalities of the system, including creating training materials and user guides
- Offer ongoing user support and resolve any system issues that arise
- Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices, identifying opportunities for system improvements
- Participate in system upgrades, including testing and troubleshooting, and manage SAP SuccessFactors releases (review release notes, prepare test scripts, and communicate changes)
- Plan and manage projects related to the deployment or enhancement of SuccessFactors Talent modules
Candidate's Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules end-to-end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of Spanish and French as a bonus
- Ability to create process improvements and guide system enhancements to align with business goals
