The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring predictable, on-time delivery outcomes.This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer expectations, and driving delivery discipline throughout the implementation lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-liveAct as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependenciesCoordinate cross-functional teams including consulting, engineering, and supportManage scope, timelines, and change requests to ensure predictable deliveryIdentify risks proactively and implement mitigation plansProvide clear and consistent updates to customers and internal stakeholdersLead customer meetings, status reviews, and key milestonesEscalate risks or issues when needed to maintain project momentumEnsure successful project closure and high customer satisfactionRequirements3–5 years of experience in Project Management or software implementation deliveryExperience managing customer-facing projects in a B2 B environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and execution mindsetExperience working with international teamsNice to haveExperience with ERP, CRM, or similar business systemsUnderstanding of software implementation environments and integrationsExperience in manufacturing, construction, or related industriesWorking for usAt Cyncly, we call our team One Cyncly, a reflection of how we work together as one, united by our purpose: powering businesses that bring spaces to life.
